About the position

• Designing, building, and training ML models and other Agentic AI solutions.
• Developing end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Putting models into production in Azure environments such as Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and other cloud services, and monitoring and improving them throughout the lifecycle.
• Brainstorming with the business to ensure technical solutions align well with use cases and experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and techniques for application in projects.

Your qualities

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in computer science, econometrics, or data science, with at least 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying ML/AI applications.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, and Databricks AI Agent bricks, including building data pipelines from scratch using tools such as Python, PySpark, Scala, Java, or C#.
• Good communication skills and experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and DevOps.
• Strong in data engineering and capable of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions within modern cloud environments.
