Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners. 7 years of experience in Semiconductor industry, EPC functions, facilities procurement functions. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Confirmed experience in category management and strategic sourcing. Strong negotiating and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively maintain relationships with various individuals involved. Advanced skills in material cost structure understanding and analysis. Experience in construction and understands the standard procurement process Strong Knowledge in OSM (Off-Site Manufacturing) Knowledgeable in MEP (Mechanical Electrical Process) Knowledgeable in CSA (Civil Structure & Architectural) Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal customers. Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and build, negotiate, supervise and enforce contracted terms and conditions. Collaborate with Customers to Deliver Strategic Solutions. Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key customers.
