You’ll drive architecture and integration, build interoperable systems, and ship automation that accelerates analysts and mission partners across the enterprise. Locations: Gaithersburg, MD (primary); Alexandria, VA; Chantilly, VA; Aurora, CO; St. Louis, MO; Tucson, AZ Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility; able to obtain Polygraph Responsibilities Support system architecture, requirements development, integration planning, and configuration management. Provide engineering expertise across the full lifecycle—from concept through deployment and sustainment. Collaborate with Customer and contractor teams to ensure interoperability, scalability, and mission alignment. Evaluate and recommend tools, techniques, and processes for system development and integration. Develop and maintain technical documentation (ICDs, engineering reports, diagrams, and specs). Participate in technical reviews, readiness assessments, and milestone events. Analyze system performance and recommend optimizations. Basic Qualifications U.S. citizenship (per contract). Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 4–8 years’ experience; or Master’s with 2–6 years. Strong grasp of SE principles: requirements management, integration & test, configuration control. Familiarity with MBSE tools/methods (e.g., Cameo, SysML).
