Als Fleet Specialist m/f/d mit bist du für die Wartung und Reparatur unserer defekten Fahrzeuge verantwortlich. Neben der Reparatur von Fahrzeugen bist du auch dafür verantwortlich, unsere Roller für den Einsatz vorzubereiten und unser Team vor Ort bestmöglich zu unterstützen. Des Weiteren sind deine Aufgaben:

• Diagnose von Fahrzeugen, die nicht funktionieren, und Angabe von Vorschläge für Reparaturmaßnahmen
• Reinigung verschmutzter Fahrzeuge vor ihrem Einsatz auf der Straße
• Recycling und Demontage von Fahrzeugen, die nicht mehr zu reparieren sind
• Unterstützung bei der Annahme, Verpackung und Bereitstellung neuer Fahrzeuge und Batterien, die im Lager ankommen
• Sicherstellen, dass unsere Fahrzeuge auf sichere und vorschriftsmäßige Weise eingesetzt werden
• Unterstützung unseres Teams vor Ort bei Bedarf durch Identifizierung beschädigter Fahrzeuge, Wiederherstellung des Gleichgewichts falsch geparkter Fahrzeuge, Aufräumen von Parkplätzen und Anheben umgefallener Fahrzeuge

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Previous experience in handling tools and mechanical practices
• General digital worktool knowledge (e.g. using apps).
• Openness to work in shifts
• Fluent language skills in English or German
• A valid driving license for Germany

As a Fleet Specialist, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our broken vehicles. In addition to repairing vehicles, you will be responsible to prepare our scooters from deployment and support our in-field team in the best possible way. This will include:

• Diagnosing vehicles which are not functioning and suggest repair action to be taken
• Cleaning dirty vehicles before deploying them onto the streets
• Recycling and disassembling vehicles which are broken beyond repair
• Assisting in receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles and batteries arriving to the warehouse
• Making sure that our vehicles are deployed in a safe and compliant way
• Supporting our team in the field if needed by identifying damaged vehicles, rebalancing wrongly parked vehicles, tidying parking spots and lifting vehicles that have fallen ove
