Un projet de callbot a été aussi déployé en janvier afin de moderniser notre relation clients. La Direction Relation clients recherche un Alternant Chargé de Projet Performance & IA afin d’accompagner le pilotage des centres de relation client, de garantir leur performance ainsi que la qualité de la relation client, et de participer aux projets de déploiement de nouveaux outils, dont l'IA. Vous aurez principalement les missions suivantes : Aide à la supervision et au pilotage opérationnel Suivre les chiffres de l’activité des centres de relation clients en temps réel pour contribuer à la supervision Contribuer à la planification : construction, l’ajustement et suivi des plannings en fonction des prévisions de charge, des ressources disponibles et des priorités opérationnelles Aider à l’anticipation des pics d’activité (campagnes, saisonnalité, événements exceptionnels) et proposer des ajustements adaptés Statistiques et reportings Suivre, analyser et fiabiliser les indicateurs de performance des centres de relation clients Produire et mettre à jour les tableaux de bord d’activité (quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels) Réaliser des analyses chiffrées pour aider à la prise de décision (charges, pics d’activité, tendances) Contribuer aux reportings nationaux et régionaux Projets de mise en place de nouveaux outils sur nos centres de relation clients Participer aux projets d’évolution des centres de contacts (outil de planification, mise en place de l’IA…) : expression de besoin, tests et recette, tests clients, amélioration continue après la mise en place, suivi des KPI Qualifications Étudiant(e) en Bac +4 / Bac +5, vous recherchez une alternance de 12 à 24 mois orientée Chargé de projet / pilotage de la performance et reporting.
