FULL-TIME FOOD STALL MANAGER / HALAL OFFICER

Salary: $3,500 per month + CPF
Work schedule: 5 days/week, rotating rest day; typical shift: [11.00am–8.30pm]

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)

• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (Food Hygiene) certificate (pre-requisite)
• Halal Competence Assesment (HCA Certification). (pre-requisite)
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a warm kitchen environment
• Comfortable with weekend and public holiday shifts on roster
• Basic spoken English or Malay for safety/hygiene logs and customer service
• Punctual, reliable, and attentive to cleanliness and safety

ROLE SUMMARY

Join our stall team to serve Ayam Penyet and few other wholesome dishes, take and serve orders, handle basic stall housekeeping, and deliver friendly service. Training provided; prior hawker/F&B experience is a bonus but not required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Basic cooking and to assist in stall daily operation.
• To sign on invoices and receive and check stock on daily basis
• Take orders, serve customers, and handle basic cashiering/POS
• To ensure food serve are of quality and consistent.
• Keep stall clean and tidy; perform opening/closing cleaning, simple dishwashing
• Follow food safety and hygiene SOPs; complete basic temperature/hygiene checks
• Support ad-hoc stall duties as assigned
