We are seeking a highly skilled Civil QC Engineer with substantial experience in construction projects and a proven track record of working on ADNOC projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality control are implemented and maintained across all civil engineering aspects of the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the Quality Control (QC) program at the project site in compliance with ADNOC standards and specifications.
Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure that all construction materials and activities adhere to project requirements and regulatory standards.
Review and verify project plans, drawings, and specifications for compliance with quality standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed QC reports and documentation, including NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site.
Conduct training and awareness sessions for site teams on quality standards and best practices.
Maintain strong communication with ADNOC representatives to ensure project alignment and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience working on ADNOC construction projects.
Comprehensive understanding of ADNOC specifications, codes, and quality standards.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and inspection techniques.
Proficiency in QC tools, software, and reporting systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s construction and regulatory environment is preferred.
