Supervisors are the first level of authority in the workplace providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction to ensure people are working safely, meeting customer demands, solving problems, eliminating waste, and meeting goals.   Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, this position is accountable for supervising, scheduling, and leading a group of employees to meet departmental goals. This position would provide leadership and implement production plans to support OTIF and quality targets within the assigned department.  This position is responsible to apply knowledge and skills in EHS to drive disciplined systems in support of an injury-free work culture.  The Production Supervisor is also responsible to drive process improvement throughout the assigned department in the pursuit of operational excellence and cost competitiveness.
