The HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, flexible service, responsive to the needs of the organisation, and in line with legislative requirements and best practice. Through partnering with Line Leaders within the organisation to support the delivery of HR strategy and fostering a positive work culture, to support the overall success of the organisation. The primary responsibilities include: Support the HR Manager in leading the HR function, including: HR Strategies and HR Projects Performance Management & Leadership Development Workforce & Succession Planning Remuneration and Benefits Management Oversee the Employment Lifecycle Budgeting and Cost Control Employee Relations / Industrial Relations Develop, update and implementation HR procedures and practices to align with legislative requirements, industry best practices and Yara International guidelines. Work closely with the Recruitment team on talent acquisition. Prepare, review and approve HR documentation, including contracts, letters and forms.
