You will coordinate project documentation, support contract administration, maintain high-quality record keeping, and assist our engineers with a range of project-related tasks. This is a key role that helps free up our technical teams to focus on design, delivery, and client management. Specifically: Prepare and format project correspondence including letters, minutes, reports and technical documentation. Coordinate document control activities, including filing, version management, and archiving of project records. Assist in the preparation of month-end payment certificates and contract administration tasks. Support the development, compilation, and coordination of technical documents, specifications, and contracts. Provide general administrative assistance including travel bookings, diary coordination, event coordination and team support. Assist with internal office administration including greeting visitors, answering calls, and supporting broader Corporate Services when required. Qualifications Prior experience in a Project Support or Project Administration role, ideally within engineering, construction, or professional services. Strong document control skills and experience preparing technical documentation. Experience preparing or assisting with contract documents (exposure to AS2124 highly regarded).
