This is part-time opportunity (3-4 days per week) for a fixed term of 14 months. In this role, you will: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role scoping, advertising, talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for specialised Defence and National Security roles, informed by Segment plans, market maps and other strategic insights. Partner with Segment Leaders and the broader People & Culture team to understand current and emerging workforce needs, contributing to short and long-term workforce planning initiatives. Manage recruitment-related reporting, metrics and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
