What you’ll do: Oversee compliance across our global sites, including employment law, WH&S, privacy obligations, etc Maintain and review HR policies, contracts, and employee documentation, ensuring alignment with legislation and audit requirements Own core people operations: preparing contracts, processing employee changes, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining records, and handling day-to-day HR administration Manage and own our HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and complete audit trails across all employee movements Administer and coordinate share option paperwork and equity processes with Finance and Legal Level up our current processes through automation & other ways to ensure scalability What we’re looking for: 7+ years’ experience in People Operations or HR, with a mix of hands-on HR administration and compliance/governance exposure Solid understanding of employment law, WH&S, and workplace compliance obligations in Australia.
