You will be responsible for ensuring quality and ethical liability decisions are made within prescribed timeframes under the relevant NSW legislation, as well as contributing to the training and upskilling of Case Managers in relation to liability and relevant principles. How you'll make an impact Advise and provide technical support in the initial and full liability; Support in the procurement of medical and factual investigations to determine liability; Review and analyse case documentation, including medical and factual reports; Assist in the identification of third-party recoveries; Oversee and attend matters at the Personal Injury Commission; Coach and mentor case management personnel, and collaborate with our additional Mental Health, Complex Care and Rehabilitation support hubs; Participate in key business projects and initiatives, such as learning and development.
