Key Responsibilities Execute Field Data Collection: Accountable for conducting all required fieldwork to collect and verify comprehensive on-site property and tenant data, including documenting building characteristics, new tenants, occupancy, and available space. Physical Requirements Sustained Physical Activity: Requires the capacity for frequent and repetitive standing, walking, and sitting in a vehicle for up to 8 hours daily.
