Job Description About the role The Product Manager – Monetisation & Insights (add-ons) creates new add-on products that support hirers across APAC markets. Add-ons are a critical revenue stream that complement job ad campaigns and drive SEEK's long-term monetisation strategy. You will: Build deep customer segmentation knowledge (by contract value, industry, role mix) to identify hiring needs and product opportunities Research marketplace add-on strategies and monetised value propositions to inform product decisions Partner with cross-functional teams to design add-ons that maximize customer value and integrate with ad and non-ad products Establish feedback loops with customers and sales teams to inform roadmap prioritization This role requires a marketplace perspective that balances hirer needs with candidate experience. You'll collaborate closely with Commercial, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Sales teams across APAC. The team Reporting to the Principal PM – Ad Products and Add-ons, the Product Manager is part of a passionate team working collaboratively with other Product teams, UX, AI Platform Services, Analytics, Engineering, and key stakeholders across Strategy, Commercial Excellence, and Sales to identify and execute on new initiatives. You will manage and drive the product design deliverables (e.g. UX designs, research, user testing) and work within a development team to ensure smooth delivery. Responsibilities Own a problem space at the core of transforming and innovating our add-on capabilities to better meet customer needs. Be central to the transformation of our business model, and be a leader in challenging our status quo. Actively manage and engage stakeholders across the business to ensure strategic objectives are being met.
