You will ensure all contractual obligations are met, support internal stakeholders, and help drive value for money, risk minimization, and high standards of probity and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and documentation. Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and expiry dates. Manage contract variations, extensions, and amendments. Support tender processes and assist with evaluation documentation. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. Coordinate and maintain the central contract management framework. Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract procedures. Drive efficiencies by standardizing and automating workflows. Support and train new managers and program leads.
