Coordinate cross-training and support team development. Promote a "Safety First" culture, lead OH&S programmes, and ensure compliance with the Winc National OH&S Management System. Deputise for the DC Shift Manager when required. Teamwork & Leadership Act as a role model and provide support to the team. Share knowledge, delegate effectively, and manage individual performance. Use positive influence and effective communication to build strong working relationships. Competencies & Skills Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of compliance, OH&S, and relevant legislation. Proven relationship management, influencing, and leadership skills. Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
