Some of your key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with Agents to coordinate and prepare reports, submissions and documentation for sales and lease transactions. Support the production of high-quality marketing materials and agency documents, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. Update the company database, including listing information and uploading to website as required by Agents to ensure that client and property information is accurate. Manage online property listings across Colliers and external platforms, while liaising with suppliers to coordinate marketing assets and campaigns. Qualifications Experience in a similar role, ideally within the property or professional services sector. Tertiary qualification in Property or Marketing is desirable although not essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
