About the role We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to support the upcoming AMPOL Refinery Turnaround. Working closely with Supervisors, Planners and UGL/Ampol leadership, this role will oversee the safe delivery of shutdown work fronts and daily operational execution. This turnaround runs Mid-May – August 2026, initially working 5 days (Mon-Fri) leading to 6 days on / 1 day off roster, for the duration of the shutdown and FIFO provided from major capital cities. You will lead work groups, support planning and scheduling integration, manage safety performance on the ground, and ensure timely progress against scope, cost and schedule expectations.
