What You’ll Do As the primary point of contact for all HR & payroll queries, your day will include providing generalist advice and support on human resource policy and practice including employment arrangements, remuneration, global mobility learning and development course coordination and cyclical activities. You will be responsible for all processes throughout the employment life cycle including the delivery of contracts and letters in line with our employment framework, management of our onboarding, reward, benefits and recognition programs and offboarding activities. You will maintain and support various HR systems including our payroll, learning and HR platforms providing ad hoc metrics and reporting as required. You will assist in the preparation and delivery of annual and periodic activities including but not limited to the Salary Review, WGEA and ABS reporting and the Employee Engagement Survey. You will engage with the wider HR community to at times lead and support continuous improvement initiatives which may include the creation of knowledge materials, process guides, reference tools and service process workflow diagrams.
