The Team Executive plays a key role in assisting Practice Executives to manage the financial aspects of their Partners' practice, including client reporting. Assist Practice Executives with administrative duties associated with the financials of a matter including but not limited to, billing, e-billing, tracking of non-dispatched bills, missing timesheets, cost estimates, reporting, closure and archiving of matters. Work collaboratively with members within and outside of the Practice Support team to ensure a high quality of work and standards of services are delivered to all internal and external stakeholders. Provide support during Practice Executives annual and sick leave. Support Practice Executives with organising firm events including, corporate tables, business and industry events, client events, and staff events. Assist Practice Executives by managing administrative client requirements and duties throughout the life cycle of a matter, ensuring consistent client service delivery across matter teams. Provide guidance to others and be a source of information on drafting, producing documents and practice management process and procedures.
