The Department 

The Kitchen Department is responsible for producing high quality meals for all guests dining our Food & Beverage venues, including our Pearls Bar, Terraces Restaurant, Oasis Pool Bar, Oyster Bar, In Room Dining and Banquets. They are responsible for creating amazing dining experiences for our guests.


The Role

We are currently hiring for multiple roles across our Kitchen Team.

  • Commis Chefs (PT)
  • Demi Chefs (PT)
  • Cooks (PT)
  • Chef de Partie (PT)


As a member of our five star culinary team, you will work across several different areas of the kitchen including a la carte, buffet, cold larder, mis-en-place and banquets.

These roles are required to complete HACCP reporting, therefore the successful candidate must be prepared to develop and increase their knowledge in this field.


The successful candidate will be energetic and passionate about food and will be meticulous in producing high quality dishes that delight our guests and sees them return for more!

The Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or similar (higher qualification required for CDP role)
  • Previous experience in a large, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • A genuine passion for cooking
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to self-motivation and developing your culinary skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and successfully manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Previous experience in HACCP Food Safety is desirable.
  • The right to work in Australia.
