DEINE MISSION

Wir suchen ab sofort dich als Operations Manager (m/w/d) in unserem Headquarter in München, in Berlin oder Halle oder auch deutschlandweit remote in einem hybriden Modell.
Als Operations Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein Kundenservice-Projekt einer unserer namhaften Auftraggeber sowohl in operativer als auch prozessualer Hinsicht und wirst bis zu 5 Team Leads führen mit jeweils bis zu 25 Freelancern, die wiederum an Diese berichten.

Deine Mission:

  • Projektmanagement & Accountmanagement: Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, implementierst ihre individuellen Anforderungen in unsere Prozesse und stellst in enger Abstimmung mit deinen an dich berichtenden Team Leads die qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung sicher
  • Leadership & Coaching: Du verstehst es, deine an dich berichtenden Team Leads zum selbstständigen Agieren zu befähigen, sodass sie ihre Remote Customer Care Teams zu Höchstleistungen motivieren können
  • Analytisches Mindset: Du analysierst alle relevanten KPI’s deines Projekts, erkennst umgehend Handlungsbedarfe und steuerst die zeitnahen Optimierungen aus
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Du managst alle Stakeholder des Projektes zu positiven Ergebnissen sowie einem reibungslosen Prozessablauf, implementierst proaktiv Prozessverbesserungen und arbeitest sehr eng am Operations Management Team

DEIN SKILLSET

  • Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und über Führungs- oder Projektmanagementerfahrung, idealerweise im Contact Center Umfeld
  • Customer Needs: Du kennst sowohl die Bedürfnisse von Auftraggebern als auch Call Center Agents und bist in der Lage auf Augenhöhe mit beiden Parteien zu agieren sowie ein Projekt im Sinne aller Beteiligten professionell zu steuern
  • Sprachskills: Du bist Kommunikationsprofi (in deutscher Sprache), kannst Menschen durch deinen Charme sowie deine Kompetenz auch remote motivieren und unterstützt sie gern beim Erreichen der Ziele
  • Flexibilität & Qualität: Du hast einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität, agierst gewissenhaft sowie strukturiert und kannst dich flexibel auf sich ändernde Situationen einstellen
  • Souveränität: Du trittst souverän und selbstbewusst auf, arbeitest gern in crossfunktionalen sowie interkulturellen Teams und verfügst über eine gesunde Portion Humor
