Description du poste Poste permanent Département : Approvisionnement / Planification Supérieur immédiat : Expert planification de la demande et des inventaires Mission principale L’analyste planification de la demande est responsable de développer, maintenir et améliorer les modèles de prévision des ventes et d’automatiser les processus décisionnels liés aux mouvements d’inventaire dans le réseau. Il contribue également à rendre dynamique le calcul de certains processus reliés au mouvement des inventaires. Finalement il a aussi la responsabilité de maintenir et développer des tableau de bord pour le département (Power BI) Responsabilités clés Participer au projet de sélection d’une nouvelle solution de planification de la demande Participer à l’implantation de la solution choisie Développer et maintenir des modèles statistiques et algorithmiques pour la prévision des ventes. Automatiser les processus de décision pour les transferts et mouvements d’inventaire dans le réseau. Mettre en place des calculs dynamiques pour les niveaux min-max en fonction des prévisions, des contraintes opérationnelles et des objectifs de service. Participer à l’amélioration du processus des commandes fournisseurs avec de l’automatisation (Excel) Analyser les tendances historiques, saisonnalités et variables externes pour améliorer la précision des prévisions. Automatiser les processus de calcul et de mise à jour des prévisions (Excel avancé, Python). Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord interactifs dans Power BI pour la visualisation des indicateurs clés. Collaborer avec les équipes approvisionnement, ventes et finance pour aligner les prévisions avec les objectifs d’affaires. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations continues dans les méthodes de prévision et les outils utilisés. Assurer la qualité et l’intégrité des données utilisées pour la planification. Qualifications Formation : Baccalauréat en statistique, mathématiques, ingénierie, informatique ou domaine connexe. Expérience : 2 à 4 ans en analyse de données, prévision ou planification.
