PURPOSE Oversee daily order processing, billing, credit management, and cash application to ensure timely and accurate execution according to the Global Credit Policy Standards. Supervise a team of OTC analysts, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to achieve operational objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track OTC process efficiency and compliance. Handle escalated customer inquiries and operational issues promptly and effectively. Prepare regular reports on OTC performance and provide insights for management decision-making. Manage and maintain accurate SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) data within the master data management system. Ensure adherence to SKU setup processes and guidelines. Supervise a team of Analysts responsible for SKU setup and maintenance, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular audits of SKU data to maintain accuracy and consistency across systems. Keep Weekly/Monthly Overdue and Bad Debt risk to the minimum and within agreed limits from Business. Collaborate with both Internal and External Stakeholders - Customers, Logistics, Revenue, GCC, etc. to reduce the cycle time from invoice generation to collection. Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
