Les responsabilités comprendront aussi ce qui suit : Phase 1 – logistique de l’entrepôt – apprendre les produits que nous vendons, comment ils sont acheminés du fournisseur au client et comprendre les niveaux du soutien à la vente. Phase 2 – exploitation : participer au service à la clientèle, à la vente au comptoir, à la gestion des commandes, aux contrôles des stocks et des prix, à la gestion du crédit, aux états financiers, et plus encore… Phase 3 – vente interne/gestion des projets – les activités vont de l’aide aux clients ayant différentes questions au sujet de produits ou du service à la clientèle, jusqu’à la gestion de projets à grande échelle.
