Description du poste Relevant du Gestionnaire de Projet, le/la Responsable civil – Infrastructures utilitaires sera chargé(e) de contribuer au succès global des Grands Projets au Canada. Responsabilités principales : Superviser la performance de l’équipe afin de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs et le respect des échéances des projets. Diriger et gérer les composantes génie civil et réseaux de services publics des grands projets, de la conception à la réalisation, incluant notamment : la relocalisation et le dimensionnement des conduites d’eau, la conception des réseaux pluviaux et sanitaires, ainsi que le soutien aux autres infrastructures (services secs) et activités de transport telles que la réhabilitation/reconstruction de routes et l’amélioration du drainage. Fournir mentorat et résolution de conflits pour maintenir l’efficacité et la collaboration au sein de l’équipe. Piloter les projets depuis la phase conceptuelle jusqu’à la construction, en veillant au respect des normes et aux besoins des clients. Préparer des conceptions techniques, spécifications, rapports et propositions. Suivre les tendances du secteur tout en établissant et entretenant des relations solides avec les clients. Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires dans le domaine des infrastructures municipales et des projets du secteur public. Piloter les réponses aux appels d’offres (RFQ/RFP), en proposant des solutions innovantes et centrées sur le client. Gérer les budgets des projets et suivre leur performance financière. Superviser les plannings afin de garantir la livraison dans les délais et la conformité aux objectifs. Développer des stratégies pour renforcer la présence sur le marché et stimuler la croissance des revenus. Qualifications Diplôme universitaire en génie, idéalement accompagné d’une désignation Ing. ou P.Eng. Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en conception d’ingénierie, en gestion de projet ou en développement des affaires dans des projets municipales. Expertise démontrée en conception et en réalisation d’infrastructures de transport. Expérience avérée en direction et gestion d’équipes de professionnels. Excellentes aptitudes d’analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes, combinées à un sens aigu du détail.
