Vous discuterez avec des personnes qui préparent des voyages de rêve ou des escapades d'un week-end, des novices ou des experts en activités de plein air. Nous avons demandé aux membres du personnel ce qu'ils préféraient dans leur travail chez MEC, et la réponse la plus fréquente a été "les gens". Le rôle Vous assemblez, entretenez et réparez les vélos en respectant les directives de MEC en matière de productivité, de qualité et de sécurité. Vous conseillez et formez le personnel de première ligne sur les processus et procédures de réparation des vélos. Vous effectuez toutes les réparations en tenant compte des principes de développement durable de MEC. En hiver, les mécaniciens de vélo aident notre atelier de ski, ce qui signifie qu'ils installent, ajustent et réparent les fixations de ski et les skis. Vous aidez les membres à se procurer du matériel de qualité, avec les conseils de pointe dont ils ont besoin pour se sentir inspirés dans leur activité. Vous travaillez en coulisses et en première ligne pour organiser les stocks et fournir aux membres les produits dont ils ont besoin. Vous parlez de nos produits avec les membres. Vous avez des connaissances approfondies et aimez partager vos recommandations personnelles.
