Repérer les écarts liés aux processus de travail, aux intégrations et aux fonctionnalités à partir des implantations clients, et transmettre des recommandations concrètes à l’équipe produit. Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes et les autres équipes de mise en marché afin d’élaborer des processus reproductibles pour ce nouveau produit. Rédiger et maintenir la documentation relative aux étapes d’intégration, aux guides d’implantation et aux processus internes afin de soutenir la croissance et l’évolutivité.
