As an Support Specialist, you'll provide chat, email and zoom support to Canopy Connect’s agency product customers to ensure that they receive the help they need in a timely manner. About you Willing to work PST hours (9am to 5pm) 1 year experience in a customer facing support role in a fintech, insurtech or SaaS company. Understanding of common sales support tools like chat, shared inboxes, and video. Exception written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to learn software platforms quickly.
