QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in human resources or recruitment coordination preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in HR or related field is an asset.
• Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving processes.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, refine job descriptions, and provide recruitment updates.
• Ensure job postings are accurate and up to date across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
• Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, professional networks, and community outreach.
• Format resumes, perform document conversions, and prepare candidate submissions.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements as needed.
• Create and maintain candidate profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare basic reports to support HR and leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with the HR team to refine and enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
• Support other HR and administrative tasks as required.
