We are growing our team and looking for a driven Asphalt Shingle Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish while leading crews, coordinating with clients, and upholding our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage asphalt shingle projects from pre-site inspection to final walkthrough.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee crews to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with estimators, schedulers, and site supervisors on project details (overhangs, colors, ventilation, metal trims, etc.).
• Identify and manage change orders, scope adjustments, and client updates.
• Conduct progress checks and final inspections for quality control.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, safety compliance, and reporting.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of roofing or construction project management experience (asphalt shingles required).
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, building envelope details, and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license (company truck provided).
• COR / safety certifications are an asset.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
