Ayant sous ta supervision les entrepreneurs relatifs aux projets, tu devras établir le plan d’investissement et en faire le suivi. Tu coordonneras plusieurs activités allant de l’analyse des besoins à la mise en place d’investissements et de solutions. Tu devras donc faire preuve de leadership et d’organisation de ton travail au quotidien. CE QUE TU FERAS Soutenir l’établissement du plan d’investissement en CAPEX des usines. Élaborer, justifier et mettre en application divers projets d'investissement dans les usines. Élaborer des plans et devis, des appels d’offres, de la coordination et de la surveillance des travaux. Coordonner l’installation, la planification et le démarrage de la nouvelle machinerie. Superviser les consultants requis pour l’exécution des projets. Réaliser des projets relatifs à l'augmentation de capacité, à l’amélioration des processus, à l’augmentation de l'efficacité des lignes de production, à l'amélioration de la qualité et de santé et sécurité. Soutenir la production comme ressource technique pour l’amélioration des processus et des équipements. Soutenir le Service de maintenance en collaboration avec les directeurs et l’équipe en place pour la résolution de problèmes et l’amélioration des procédés. Effectuer des analyses de risque sur les équipements dans le cadre de projet de CSST et de gestion de criticité. Participer et animer les comités d'amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes (Kaizen, AMDEC, 5S, etc.). Concevoir, élaborer, justifier et réaliser divers projets d'amélioration continue. Préparer les schémas électriques et les dessins mécaniques pour les nouvelles installations et les modifications à apporter aux équipements. Assurer un bon réseau de fournisseurs fiables et compétents. Participer à l’implantation des nouveaux équipements de production. Soutenir le Service de recherche et développement lorsque requis en étant une ressource technique pour les essais en usine et les études de faisabilité de produits.
