Job Description As the first point of contact at Hangar 4, the Receptionist will welcome all guests and visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and support front office operations. This role ensures a professional, welcoming environment and provides administrative support to various departments. Major Responsibilities of the Role: Greet and welcome all guests and visitors to Hangar 4, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments, handling all the inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment. Manage incoming and outgoing interoffice mail, courier deliveries, and general correspondence. Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders as needed to support daily operations. Activate and manage hangar access cards for employees, contractors, and approved visitors. Provide general support including document preparation, filling, scanning and data entry. Maintain comprehensive and well organized physical and digital filing system.
