APPEL DE CANDIDATURES La Division de l’éducation permanente (DEP) offre une programmation complète non créditée en français, en anglais et en espagnol destinée aux adultes. Nous employons une approche communicative afin d’assurer un apprentissage engageant, dynamique et adapté aux besoins de la population apprenante. La DEP embauche régulièrement des personnes enseignantes de langue à taux horaire pour animer des cours en soirée. Il existe également des possibilités d’enseignement pendant la journée. La durée des contrats varie selon la formation demandée. Veuillez noter qu’il ne s’agit pas de postes permanents ni de postes à temps plein. La personne en poste assure un enseignement de qualité en s’appuyant sur ses compétences linguistiques et andragogiques, tout en adaptant ses méthodes aux profils variés d’adultes en situation d’apprentissage. Une formation théorique et un stage pratique rémunérés sont offerts avant l’entrée en fonction. Responsabilités: Dispenser des cours de langue espagnole; Adapter son enseignement aux besoins des adultes; Préparer le matériel didactique nécessaire pour chaque séance; Évaluer les progrès des apprenants et apprenantes à l’aide d’outils variés (observations, travaux, participation); Participer à la formation théorique et pratique offerte par la DEP; Compléter la formation sur l’accessibilité et toute formation obligatoire requise par l’établissement; Maintenir un environnement d’apprentissage respectueux, inclusif et stimulant; Collaborer avec l’équipe de la DEP pour assurer la qualité de l’enseignement; Respecter les horaires de cours établis (jour ou soir); Intégrer les rétroactions des apprenantes et apprenants et de l’équipe de coordination pour améliorer la prestation des cours; Assurer le suivi administratif de base (feuilles de présence, notes, communications). Qualifications recherchées: Diplôme universitaire en langue, en traduction, en éducation ou dans un domaine connexe; Expérience en enseignement, idéalement auprès d’un public adulte (atout); Participation à la formation théorique et au stage pratique offerts par la DEP (obligatoire avant l’entrée en fonction); Maitrise approfondie de la langue française; Connaissance des principes d’andragogie; Familiarité avec les outils numériques d’enseignement (ex. : plateformes d’apprentissage, présentations interactives); Capacité à adapter son enseignement aux besoins variés des apprenants et apprenantes; Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite; Sens de l’organisation et autonomie dans la préparation des cours; Attitude professionnelle, dynamique et collaborative; Disponibilité pour enseigner la journée, en soirée ou en fin de semaine, selon le besoin.
