Responsibilities Technical Setup and Support Configures, troubleshoots, and manages immersive technology equipment both on-site and remotely for multiple campuses Ensures headsets/devices and applications are properly set up and updated Coordinates device repairs and resolves technical issues related to immersive technology; escalating and collaborating with Information Technology Services as needed Supports setup and maintenance of immersive technology in the learning environment Supports the successful run of XR labs, as needed User Training and Guidance Provides expert guidance to faculty, staff and students for safe and appropriate use of immersive technology (XR), which includes but is not limited to Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Virtual Reality (VR) Plans and delivers diverse immersive technology demonstrations, training and orientation sessions as well as workshops to faculty, staff, students and other stakeholders.
