Essential Position Functions: * Loading/offloading of aircrafts and trucks. * Operating ground support equipment. * Repeated and continuous lifting of packages up to 60lbs. * Sort packages based on customer, airport of destination, and other parameters. * Communicate piece counts, and package information to Lead Hands, and Supervisors. * Handle customer packages, and freight with due care and attention. * Ensure all safety and security protocols are adhered to. * Perform general housekeeping duties as required. * Perform tasks associated with Dangerous Goods Handling/Acceptance. * Meet time-sensitive deadlines for freight build-up/breakdown as part of a team dynamic. * Learn and apply specific training modules required for the position (WHMIS, SMS, Dangerous Goods, Hazard Prevention, etc.…). * Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. * Working in and around aircraft daily.
