Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate service attendances, support cases, guarantee matters, and Annual Performance Tests (APT). Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and prepare quotations for service work. Process customer orders, verify order details, and register orders in the ERP system. Ensure spare parts are allocated, packed, and delivered for service attendances. Maintain documentation and service records in the CRM system.
