Act as a concierge to clients to assist with their financial needs and ensure client satisfaction and retention Proactively contact existing clients to educate them about products and services to help them onboard their clients through a digital first experience Be resourceful when determining moderate solutions that will add value to the client’s long-term goals -Develop investment and financial planning strategies for our clients on how to invest their portfolios and plan for long-term financial goals.
