Unilabs is looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead to oversee our HR operations in Denmark. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our workforce in the clinical diagnostics industry. You will manage a range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and compliance with Danish labor laws. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture while aligning HR initiatives with Unilabs’ business objectives.

• Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
