The Role
Guildhall is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketer with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving lead generation, executing digital marketing strategies, and managing campaigns across various digital platforms. If you have previously worked with a large Dubai-based real estate brokerage, this is the opportunity to bring your expertise to a dynamic, fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for real estate sales and leasing. - Manage and execute online marketing strategies, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing. - Utilise CRM systems and other marketing tools to track leads, customer engagement, and campaign performance. - Monitor and analyse campaign performance to adjust strategies and improve results. - Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, especially within the real estate sector. - Manage content creation and oversee its distribution across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
Requirements
Qualifications: - Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years working within the real estate industry. - Experience working with a large Dubai-based real estate brokerage is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and digital marketing tools. - Expertise in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). - Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
