souKare is in the process of expanding its call centre team, and we are now on the lookout for an energetic and agile Customer Service/ Call Centre Representative. As part of our growing customer service team, you will be responsible for 3 key areas listed below to help enhance service and order fulfillment:
1. Order Confirmation – Calling customers to confirm their order and delivery timings
2. After sales service – Complaint resolution, escalation issues, following up on orders that are overdue due to missing customer/ delivery information, or product unavailability
In addition to this, you may be required to assist the Operations team with Adhoc requests including handling customer service inquiries via email, and other tasks.
