JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with a strong background in construction finishing works to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the UAE construction field and hold a relevant civil engineering diploma.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Architecture is mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE construction experience in a finishing role
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior finishing processes
• Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams

• Supervise and manage all on-site finishing activities, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and labor teams to complete tasks efficiently.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Resolve any site issues related to finishing works in a timely manner.
