Job Description Responsibilities: Develop and execute trading strategies that involve identifying and capitalizing on market inefficiencies through algorithmic strategies; Continuously monitor and optimize trading performance by implementing real-time adjustments to algorithm configurations based on the strategy; Control and report risk, PnL, and other metrics; Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations of the trading business; Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, counterparties, and market participants; Provide regular updates on trading performance and market conditions to senior management.
