Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Technical Engineer, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Interior Technical Engineer will be responsible for the technical design, prepare BOQ ,implementation, and quantity survey for interior design projects. Daily tasks include creating technical drawings, collaborating with the design team, ensuring compliance with building codes, and overseeing the installation process. The role also involves project management, quality control, and client interactions to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
Experience in technical drawing and project implementation
Excellent at preparing BOQ.
Quantity and Quality Survey .
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
Strong project management and quality control skills
Excellent communication and client interaction abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with design and construction teams
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Relevant certifications in project management or technical design are a plus
