Our client is building their private banking and wealth management platform, and we are supporting with multiple RM hires.

You will be part of the founding client-facing team, building your own book on a platform that is being designed around the RMs who sell it. The business is well capitalised, already established in the region, and this is a long-term strategic build.

The offer is a competitive fixed base (no draw/ recoverable) alongside a payout-ratio significantly above bank rates. Earnings are directly linked to what you produce, with no ceiling.

We are less interested in what book is 'transferrable', and more interested in who you know and can develop.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Wealth Management, you will:

• Acquire and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners across the UAE and wider GCC
• Understand client objectives, risk profiles and liquidity needs, and deliver investment and wealth solutions aligned to them
• Build and grow your own portfolio through active prospecting, referrals and network development
• Work alongside the internal investment team to deliver tailored recommendations and market insight
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and maintain long-term client relationships
• Operate within full compliance of internal policy, regulatory requirements and KYC/AML standards

What we are looking for

• Minimum 4-5 years in a client-facing wealth management, private banking or investment advisory role
• Experience selling wealth or investment product. Funds, fixed income, sukuk, structured products, discretionary or advisory mandates. Candidates from a purely retail lending, cards or bancassurance background are unlikely to be a fit
• A genuine hunter mentality. We are looking for people who have built client relationships themselves rather than inherited them
• An established network you can work from day one. We are less interested in what book you can move and more interested in who you know and can develop
• Strong communication skills and the credibility to hold investment conversations with sophisticated clients
