Al Masaood National General Contracting is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have 10 to 12 years of proven experience in managing high-rise building projects within the UAE construction sector.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all phases of construction for high-rise building projects.Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.Resolve any technical or site issues promptly.
Monitor material usage, labor, and equipment to optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance with all local authority requirements and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in the UAE managing high-rise construction projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Deep understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Must be available to join immediately.
