We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at an interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, and driving sales in the interior fit-out sector. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting our services, understanding client needs, and closing deals to ensure the growth of the business.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior design, fit-out processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Full-time / Part Time Commission Based position Optional.

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month + Target Based Commissions

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior fit-out market.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our interior fit-out services.
• Develop customized solutions based on client needs, project requirements, and budgets.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand the client base.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
