The Role
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Admin Receptionist to join our prestigious educational institution in Dubai. As the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring efficient administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to fostering educational excellence. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors, students and parents in a courteous and professional manner. - Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth flow of communication between staff and visitors. - Answer and manage incoming calls, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate departments. - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and managing office supplies. - Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, ensuring it reflects the institution’s professional image. - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for academic staff as required. - Assist with student enrollment processes and basic inquiries regarding academic programs. - Prepare and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, and notices. - Can handle kids - Can join us immediately - With Accounts Knowledge is a plus

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative or similar role in an educational setting is preferred, for 2 yrs and in UAE experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. - Ability to multitask, flexible and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment. - Fluency in English is required - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service.
