JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs that effectively communicate the brand’s message and resonate with target audiences. The role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to produce high-quality graphic materials.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design or related fields.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and innovative design ideas.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail, typography, color theory, and visual balance.
• Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work is required, including both print and digital designs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
• Knowledge of print production processes and preparation of production-ready files.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms for visual content creation.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and web accessibility standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design Creation: Develop engaging and innovative designs for a variety of media including digital, print, and social media (e.g., advertisements, brochures, banners, logos, and marketing collateral).
• Branding: Create and maintain consistent brand identity across all visual touchpoints to ensure the company’s messaging is unified and recognizable.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design needs and deliver high-quality visual solutions that meet project objectives.
• Visual Storytelling: Use design to communicate complex ideas in a simple and visually appealing manner, improving user engagement and experience.
• Revisions & Updates: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to design work as necessary, ensuring final outputs are of the highest quality.
• Production Ready: Prepare design files for production, ensuring designs meet technical specifications for digital and print production.
• Stay Current: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output.
