Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Moulding Team Lead is responsible for shift operations in alignment with Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost (SQDC) priorities for the Moulding Area on the evening shift.

• Proactively address any Safety issues on shift in a timely manner and ensure that all safety related concerns are resolved or escalated immediately to the appropriate responsible persons. Foster a culture of proactive safety awareness for all employees on shift.
• Ensure shift operations are compliant to GMP and GDP requirements.
• Support CAPAs Customer Complaints and quality alerts in a timely manner in conjunction with the Production Supervisor.
• Participate daily operations meetings, reviewing production data and corrective action to ensure shift targets are achieved while ensuring a high-quality standard always.
• Ensure employees time management/ absenteeism levels is closely monitored.
• Manage operators in the Moulding area in conjunction with the Production Manager & the HR Department. Conduct monthly performance reviews with all operators.
• Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices. Ensuring all QA, HR, Safety, Environmental and other key procedures are followed.
• Support the Engineers in new product introductions, validations, trials, work process and product transfers.
• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the operations team to meet production targets for customer delivery, product quality & cost ensuring a safe work environment always.
