Responsibilities
  • Being open and willing to learn
  • Cleaning of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, equipment, etc, as required, and to ensure they are stored correctly
  • To carry out cleaning duties in a timely manner, as per the Kitchen cleaning schedule, and in accordance with our Hotel policies and procedures and with your training
  • To complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists for all cleaning tasks performed
  • To ensure the highest level of food safety and cleanliness of your workplace at all times
  • Working collaboratively with your colleagues, offering them assistance in response to any needs they may have
  • To adhere to your health & safety training, and Company policies and procedures, in respect of Fire, Health and Safety, Hygiene and Food Hygiene
  • To assist in ensuring that we offer excellent customer service to all our guests at all times
  • To ensure that you maintain the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, uniform, appearance, body language and conduct at all times
