Absolute Hotel are recruiting a Full Time Reservations Agent.
Responsible to: Revenue & Reservations Manager
Main Purpose of the Job: Primary focus on reservations: will be expected to provide cover for the Front Desk as required. To adhere to the Absolute Hotel Brand Standards and provide excellent guest care.
This role will suit an individual who has Hotel Front Office Experience either in Reception or Reservations and who has ideally used the Opera Operating System previously.
