Per conto del nostro cliente, una società specializzata nei servizi di omologazione, registrazione nazionale e conformità per veicoli a livello europeo e nazionale, stiamo selezionando un CoC Management Specialist da inserire nella sede di Roma (B.U. Services). Il ruolo prevede un percorso strutturato di formazione interna della durata di 12 mesi, finalizzato all’inserimento stabile in azienda. Riporta funzionalmente al CoC Management Supervisor. Obiettivo del ruolo Garantire la corretta gestione dei processi di emissione dei Certificati di Conformità europea (CoC), delle Dichiarazioni Nazionali (DCN) e delle Dichiarazioni di Immatricolazione (DIM) in formato elettronico e cartaceo, nel rispetto dei regolamenti europei, UNECE e nazionali e dei vincoli contrattuali. Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali in termini di tempistiche e qualità del servizio. Principali responsabilità Inserire i dati omologativi nei sistemi gestionali EasyCoC e G-GRID per la creazione e il completamento di CoC, DCN e DIM. Gestire le richieste di trasformazione/allestimento e l’emissione degli ordini dei Kit di trasformazione quando previsti. Supportare il cliente affinché si ottengano esiti positivi sui flussi dati CoC elettronici (EREG, FCoC, CoCWS), abbinamento CAF/telaio e flusso FIA. Gestire il lotto dei Codici Anti-Falsificazione (CAF) in relazione ai flussi di abbinamento CAF-telaio (MIT) e flusso FIA (Unrae). Garantire, attraverso il reparto IT, l’allineamento dei formati CoC cartacei ed elettronici rispetto alle normative europee e del Ministero dei Trasporti italiano. Creare reporting strutturato e partecipare attivamente al processo di problem-solving. Segnalare errori e anomalie procedurali al CoC Management Supervisor e proporre soluzioni. Titolo di studio: Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Meccanica o Meccatronica. Esperienza: È previsto un percorso di formazione interna della durata di 12 mesi; sono valutate positivamente esperienze marginali o pregresse nel settore automotive/omologazioni o nella gestione di CoC (2-3 anni nello stesso ruolo costituiscono un plus). Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). Competenze informatiche: Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office; gradita conoscenza di Excel avanzato. Preferibile familiarità con sistemi gestionali aziendali e interfacce ministeriali. Soft skills: Comunicazione efficace, problem-solving, orientamento al risultato, time management, capacità di lavorare in team, gestione dello stress, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli, rispetto delle scadenze.
