La risorsa si occupa del coordinamento delle attività relative agli ordini dei clienti e del supporto post-vendita. Attività previste: Inserimento e monitoraggio degli ordini attraverso il gestionale aziendale; Aggiornamento delle anagrafiche clienti e dei dati di fornitura; Gestione delle comunicazioni post-vendita con clienti e interlocutori commerciali; Collaborazione con il magazzino e l’ufficio logistico per l’evasione delle richieste.
