La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione operativa delle spedizioni, assicurando che gli ordini vengano processati e consegnati con puntualità e precisione. Collaborerà con il magazzino, il servizio clienti e i corrieri per garantire un servizio efficiente e di qualità. Mansioni principali: Smistamento e preparazione degli ordini ricevuti tramite sistema gestionale Organizzazione delle spedizioni, coordinandosi con i corrieri e monitorando le tempistiche di consegna Gestione delle procedure relative a resi, reclami e sostituzioni Controllo qualità della merce prima della spedizione per assicurare integrità e conformità ai requisiti. Requisiti richiesti: Patente di guida valida per eventuali spostamenti o consegne interne Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali per interagire con colleghi, corrieri e clienti Precisione e ottime doti organizzative per gestire con efficienza flussi di lavoro multipli Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e capacità di problem solving. Offerta: Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi, con possibilità di proroga Orario full-time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì Buoni pasto.
