Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your Missions
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance the efficiency of development and release processes.
Manage and optimize the existing infrastructure using cloud technologies and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Automated infrastructure management using tools like Terraform.
Monitor and optimize the performance of applications and services in production.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the adoption of DevOps practices and the integration of new features.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system availability and resilience.
Manage and resolve incidents and operational issues, performing root cause analysis activities.
Maintain a strong focus on security by implementing best practices and managing vulnerabilities.
Your Profile
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
