Qualifiche Cosa farai... Preparare e pubblicare i ricavi giornalieri e i documenti bancari. Riconciliare i ricavi tra i sistemi e analizzare eventuali scostamenti. Gestire la piattaforma di approvvigionamento, inclusa l'approvazione dell'ordine di acquisto, fornire consulenza sulle prestazioni dei margini e caricare sulla piattaforma finanziaria. Riconciliare, rivedere e presentare l'IVA trimestrale e/o mensile. Elaborare previsioni solide sui flussi di cassa, assicurando attraverso la comunicazione con il team più ampio che tutte le entrate e le uscite vengano rilevate. Esaminare tutti i pagamenti e sottoporli al carico bancario e all'approvazione. Riconciliazioni bancarie complete. Riconciliare i pagamenti PAYE con il software per la gestione delle paghe e garantire la gestione del portale HRMC. Preparare conti di gestione e bilanci mensili.
