Il candidato ideale svolgerà un ruolo chiave nel garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi in tutte le fasi del processo produttivo — dall’ispezione dei materiali in entrata, ai controlli intermedi di processo in produzione, fino al collaudo finale. PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’ Eseguire e coordinare verifiche qualitative sui materiali in entrata, in produzione e in uscita, controllando la conformità rispetto alle specifiche tecniche, ai disegni e agli standard aziendali. Gestire e monitorare non conformità relative ai fornitori, coordinando azioni correttive e preventive e la relazione con gli stessi. Produrre e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica e qualitativa, inclusi report di controllo, registrazioni delle verifiche e documentazione di conformità. Promuovere e implementare azioni di miglioramento continuo per aumentare gli standard qualitativi e ridurre le non conformità. Capacità di coordinamento qualità, supportando altresì l’organizzazione delle attività operative e contribuendo allo sviluppo delle competenze del gruppo. Qualifiche Requisiti Laurea in ambito meccanico o industriale o diploma tecnico con esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel settore. Esperienza nel controllo qualità in ambito metalmeccanico o industriale. Attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di coordinamento di risorse. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2) Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico. Conoscenza degli strumenti di misura, delle procedure di controllo qualità e delle normative di riferimento (ISO 9001). Conoscenza degli standard di saldatura e dei controlli visivi VT (EN 1090, ISO 3834, ISO 17637) Precisione, affidabilità e capacità relazionali e organizzative.
