Attività previste Gestione delle chiamate in entrata e in uscita verso clienti, fornitori o partner secondo liste aziendali Smistamento delle chiamate e supporto telefonico ai punti vendita e al personale operativo Pianificazione e conferma degli appuntamenti per il personale esterno e aggiornamento dell’agenda aziendale Raccolta e registrazione delle informazioni di contatto nel sistema gestionale Attività di recall per confermare appuntamenti preassegnati.
